Trailer Choir's Big Vinny went from a Type 2 diabetic, weighing 450 pounds to a healthy 240 pounds thanks to the Biggest Loser. And now he's giving back. Vinny donated his Biggest Loser workout shirt before he lost all his weight for the Tour de Cure. Don't worry, he washed it first. I smelled it. But the shirt does have a tear in the bottom. Trailer Choir's Big Vinny Hickerson doesn't want to be 'rockin' the beer gut' anymore. Vinny who tips the scale at 426 pounds is taking part in the new season of NBC's 'The Biggest Loser' which begins tonight at 8.

In Vinny's 'Meet the Cast' video he talks about gaining weight at the age of 9. He grew up with an abusive father and was at 300 pounds by grade 8. Vinny's goal is to be a solid 250 pounds by the end of the season. He also wants to be able to take his fiance's son back to Universal Studios where he couldn't get on the Harry Potter ride because he weighed too much.

Where is the sun? If this doesn't go down as one of the cloudiest, wettest Springs to date, it'll come close. Awhile back, Tadpole focused on songs about rain. Maybe if we focus on songs about sun, we'll see some.

It seems obvious to start with Trailer Choir's "Rolling Through The Sunshine." I'm sure they'll sing it when they take the stage at Frogfest this year, where we'll hopefully have lots of sun.
