
Upstate New Yorker Breaks Record Bowling Perfect Game in Less Than 90 Seconds
The newest world record holder for the faster perfect game in bowling belongs to New Yorker Ben Ketola. He bowled a 300 in less than 90 seconds.
The Etna, New York native used 10 different lanes and 10 different balls to reach 300 game in 86.9 seconds.
The world record was broken at 281 Bowl in Cortland, New York.
Ketola isn't the only New Yorker to hold a world record. Byron Schlenker of Syracuse holds the record for the world's largest tongue. His daughter Emily holds the record for the women with the widest tongue. Tim Gay of LaGrangeville, New York, set a new Guinness World Record for the most Christmas lights on a residential property, with over 600,000 bulbs in 2014.
