Luke Austin's Favorite Memories Form The Past Year

Luke Austin has been testing your movie knowledge on The Smokehouse weekdays at noon for an entire year now. Take a look back at Luke's favorite memories.

I can't believe it's already been a year! Thank you so much for spending your workdays with me and all of us here at Big Frog 104.

I've had the great fortune to get to know our community a lot better in the last year, and I also got the opportunity to do some really cool things.

Here are some of my favorites:

Remember when Winter Storm Stella rolled through the area? I got to go out and play in the snow and film it!

Or the time Dave Wheeler and I faced off in a Bad Joke Challenge.

Then there was the time I was camping and had the life scared out of me by an owl.

Or how about when Clan Tynker from The Sterling Renaissance Festival came to visit?

And then of course there's all the great local craft beer I've had the privilege of sampling, like Woodland's special brew for the Utica Zoo Brewfest, or from Ilion's new brewery - Crazy Williez.

Of course I'm not sure anything tops FrogFest. Between checking out all the tailgate setups and listening to your memories of FrogFests past it was a great day.

But out of all of those memories, I think my favorite might be when I got to hang out with Chris Janson backstage and cruise around in the Kubota asking him all sorts of goofy questions.

It's been one hell of a year, and I couldn't be happier to have spent it with you. Thanks for listening and here's to about a billion more right here in Central New York on Big Frog 104.
