Hot Air Balloon Proposal Ends With Crash In Ocean [VIDEO]

A romantic proposal in a hot air balloon at sunset sounds picture perfect. It was for one couple, until their balloon crashed into the ocean. It happened near San Diego as a crowd gathered on the beach to watch. Surfers rode out to rescue the passengers and the balloon.

Surfers helped bring the passengers and the balloon to shore safely.

Luckily no one was injured and we hope the couple is still engaged.
