Summer country concert season in the Hudson Valley has officially begun! Brad Paisley brought his World Tour 2022 to Bethel Woods over the weekend and it went off without a hitch. . .

and with someone getting hitched. Sort of.

Brad Paisley is one of the best songwriters and performers in country music. The lyric in his song I"m Still a Guy" that goes:  "Write a love song that makes you cry"  is 100% accurate. The man knows how to pull on your heartstrings.

With that being said, a Brad Paisley concert is the perfect place to propose to the love of your life. There are so many great songs to choose from to pop the big question.

You've got "She's Everything," "We Danced," and of course "Then." Brad took the Bethel Woods stage on Saturday night and halfway through his set he started strumming the chords to "Then" and the crowd lost their minds.

By the middle of the song, Brad started chatting with the audience and asked 2 folks if they could get up on the stage. With one of the greatest love songs of all time playing in the background, the fan gets down on one knee!

She said 'Yes!' and the crowd went bonkers.

And then Brad invited the happy couple to grab a drink at his bar on the side of the stage. I'm not one for public proposals, but during one of the most romantic songs ever? While the artist is literally playing right behind you?! That has to be one of the grandest gestures of love I've ever seen.

Watch the proposal below and if you know the happy couple, let them know we said congratulations!
