"Drivers in the Utica-Rome area are paying the highest price for a gallon of gas in the state.

AAA’s Ed Welsh says while the average price is $4.13 cents a gallon, there is a bit of good news.

Welsh says were are starting to see a bit of a slowdown in the price increase, with prices up only 2-cents from last week.

Gas prices are 15-cents higher than they were a month ago."
