Zac Brown Tests Positive For COVID-19, Syracuse Show Canceled
If you were excited to see The Zac Brown band on Saturday in Syracuse, plans have changed for the show.
Earlier this morning on Zac Brown Bands Twitter page, the lead singer put out a very heartfelt message. In that tweet, Zac Brown himself announced that even with much precaution taken he had tested positive for COVID-19. As of this moment, a few of his dates on the "Comeback Tour" have been canceled. Those dates include two that are close enough for Central New Yorkers to attend. Syracuse and Saratoga.
As this was just announced, no plans have been made to make those dates up. The dates were already ones that were intended for 2020. Brown did say this is only a pause and the band will be going back on tour and perform after the CDC mandated quarantine period.
The band has announced refunds will be available for the dates that are unable to be made. That does include the show planned for St. Joseph's Health Amphitheater at Lakeview and Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC). The band is advising you to seek a refund from the spot you purchased your tickets.
If you won tickets with us on Big Frog 104, please hold onto your tickets in case something does change. If that indeed does happen, someone from our office will be in touch with you.
