New York State Fair Adds 6 Tribute Acts, But One Big Concert Remains

NYS Fair Added 6 More Free Concerts... And There's Still One Big Reveal Left

If you've been waiting to see the complete concert lineup for the 2026 New York State Fair, we're almost there.

Six tribute acts are the latest to be revealed, all taking over Chevy Court this summer, bringing the total number of announced performances to 40 out of 41. That means there's just one national act left, and it'll headline Suburban Park on Saturday, August 29.

The latest batch of free shows celebrates some of the biggest names in music, from classic rock and Motown to yacht rock and even family entertainment.

• Friday, August 28 (1 PM) - Kenny Metcalf as Elton (Elton John tribute)
• Saturday, August 29 (1 PM) - Moonlight Princesses
• Monday, August 31 (1 PM) - Glenn Leonard's Temptations Revue
• Tuesday, September 1 (1 PM) - Neil Forever (Neil Diamond tribute)
• Monday, September 7 (12 PM) - Yacht Rock Gold Experience
• Monday, September 7 (4 PM) - Voyage (Journey tribute)

Whether you're singing every word to "Rocket Man," belting out "Sweet Caroline," reliving the smooth sounds of yacht rock, or screaming "Don't Stop Believin'," there's a little something for everyone this year.

One Concert Still Has Everyone Guessing

With 40 of the Fair's 41 concerts now announced, all eyes are on that final mystery act.

The only open spot is the 8 PM show at Suburban Park on Saturday, August 29. Could it be another country artist? A legendary rock band? A pop favorite?

Every Concert Is Free With Admission

The New York State Fair runs August 26 through September 7.

Every concert is included with Fair admission, at just $8 for adults. Admission is free for kids 12 and under and seniors 65 and older.
