There's no better way to celebrate making it through a whole day of work without choking someone. I enjoy a glass or two of wine, especially while cooking dinner. That is if I remember to get something out of the freezer. But what happens when you run out? You improvise.

Tadpole always has red wine left over and although I prefer white, a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do. But lucky for me, my daughter had a bottle left over from Christmas she hid that I managed to find. I overlooked the 'Shayna's bottle' she wrote on it and reminded myself the number of times she drank a glass or two from my bottle. That helped ease the guilt.

Guess I'll be making a run to the liquor store to buy my own BOX of wine. When you drink as much as we do, you need to buy in bulk.
