Jenna Hinman Honored on House Floor As She’s Laid To Rest Today

It's a sad day as Jenna Hinman is laid to rest. As fate would have it, on the same day Jenna's twins were due to be born. Instead, Azlynn and Kinleigh will only feel their mother's presence.

A beautiful tribute was posted on Prayers For Jenna's Facebook page. The family asks everyone to pay it forward as Jenna is mourned.

'Today as you mourn Jenna's passing, please consider doing an act of kindness in her name. Smile at a stranger, hold the door, give the homeless man you pass some money and the benefit of the doubt. The greatest way we can honor Jenna is to ensure that her life continues to change the world for the better.'

Jenna fought a hard two month battle after being diagnosed with a rare cancer. She died Monday May 5th.

Jenna was remembered on the house floor by Rep. Dan Maffei, who visited her in the hospital.
