Frequently Asked Questions About FrogFest 31

We've received a lot of questions regarding FrogFest 31. Here's a list of the most common questions and answers. 

Q: What time do gates open?

A: Gates at the Utica Rome Speedway will open up at 11:30AM. You're more than welcome to get there early and stand in line. The Cornhole Tournament begins at 12pm, as well as the music, with the National Anthem.

Q: Can I sign up for Cornhole at FrogFest?

A: Yes but once it fills up you're out of luck, so you may want to sign up ahead of time to assure you a spot in the tournament. There are 2 divisions; one for the pros and one for the amateurs.

Q: Can I buy tickets at the gate?

A: Yes. Tickets will be available for $25 the day of FrogFest at the gate. Save $5 and get them ahead of time online or at Price Chopper.

Q: Am I allowed to bring a bag/purse into FrogFest?

A: Yes. The bag will be searched by our security teams at the gate to make sure it doesn't have any of the following: food, open containers, weapons, drugs, or anything not allowed into FrogFest. Also, no outside beverages will be allowed into FrogFest.

Q: Am I allowed to bring a cooler with drinks inside?

A: No. There is no outside coolers or beer/liquor allowed in. Even if your cooler is empty, it is not allowed. There will be plenty of vendors selling food and drinks.

Q: Am I able to go back out to the parking lot once I get into FrogFest?

A: Unfortunately, no. There is no re-entry policy at FrogFest. Make sure you have everything you need including ID, wallet, purse, and money when you enter the gates.

Q: Can I bring my lawn chair in?

A: Yes, you're encouraged to bring in your chairs since there are no seats provided.

Q: Are umbrellas allowed?

A: No umbrellas. There will be a shade tent and another tent in the VIP area if you need to get out of the sun.

Q: How much is beer and what's being served?

A: Beer will only be $5. You will get IDed and you will receive a wristband that will need to stay on throughout the day. A wide variety of beer will be available.

Q: Are kids under 10 free?

A: Yes. Adults 10 and up will be required to purchase a ticket. Tickets will be sold $25 at the gate.

Q: Are VIP tickets still available?

A: Sorry. VIP tickets are SOLD OUT!

Q: Is there a hashtag to share FrogFest photos on social media?

A: Make sure to tag all photos and videos you share throughout the day with #FrogFest31. We'll feature some of the best fan moments on our website. You can also send your pictures through our BigFrog app.

Q: What time do my favorite acts start?

A: Music kicks off at 12pm. Joseph Vandresar, Lonesome Dove, Rylee Lum, Tompkins Drive and Skeeter Creek will warm the crowd up for Blaine Holcomb and Randy Houser.

Q: What else is there to do at Frogfest

A: There's a few new things to do this year. In addition to the cornhole tournament, there's also a mechanical bull and a zip line course.

Q: What time is Frogfest expected to end?

A: Music is scheduled to end with Randy Houser who takes the stage at 5:15pm.
