It was a close race with hundreds of votes but Monica Kelly edged out Krista McDonald to perform the Star Spangled Banner, presented by Curtis Lumber.

FrogFest 31 stars Randy Houser, June 1 at the Utica/Rome Speedway, presented by White's Farm Supply & Kubota. VIP tickets are SOLD OUT but you can still get $20 general admission tickets at Price Chopper or Bigfrog104.com/frogfest. Tickets will also be available at the gate, that opens at 11:30am for $25.
