Because of its health-boosting antioxidants, a new Hershey's study finds eating chocolate is better than eating fruit.

Senior Study Author Dr. Debra Miller says dark chocolate and cocoa have more flavanols than fruit. Flavanols are antioxidant that could help prevent heart disease.

The study also finds adding sugar and milk to chocolate will dilute the dark chocolate benefits.
