This is what I find too be the best list for you if you are home and you don’t want to the gym. You want to continue to workout, but in the comfort of your own home.  So I’m going to start this workout at home so I can keep myself in shape. This is the workouts I’m going to start doing! Are you going to join me?

1) Crunching Sides, 3 sets, 30 reps, 15 each side

This workout is doing crunches but on your sides. This workout can burn your side abs. This exercise is a good exercise if you want burn those sides that you’re not so comfortable with. To do this work out, what you do is you get in a crunch set up and you raise your head to one side of legs and then you bring it down and back up to the other side.

2) Lying Window Shield Wipers, 3 sets, 20 reps, 10 each side

This workout is another workout that can burn your side abs. When you are driving on a rainy day, you will have windshield wipers on wiping off the rain. Well this exercise will wipe off those side of yours that you’ve wanted small for a while. To do this you lay down on your back, you lift up your legs, bring them together and move them slowly all the way down to the left and to the right. Almost in a motion of windshield wipers.

3) Planks, 3 sets, hold it for as long as you can

I recommend this workout for everyone to do. This workout tests you mentally and physically. It burns your stomach inside shortly after you start. The way to do this is too lay on your stomach, put your elbows on the ground and release the rest of your body up.’

4) Kneel pull-ins, 3 sets, and 25 reps

This is a great exercise to include for your work out. It does a great burn for your upper abs. This exercise is you in a push up position where you jump and bring your knees up to your chest causing the burn.

5) Leg raises, 3 sets, 15 reps

This exercise can cause a great burn. This one burns your lower abs and it will well after each set. What this exercise is, is you laying on your back, putting your hands on the ground. Then you lift your legs up high and then slowly bring them back down. This is another exercise I recommend doing for any workout you’re doing.

What's Next?
