Erin Hamlin won the first U.S. luge medal in Winter Olympic history on Tuesday her medal shortly after got Twerked "blessed" by teammate Kate Hansen.

The Sochi Olympics are in full swing, and while the focus is (rightly) on the successes of the athletes, it is inevitable that there are going to be some spectacular crashes.

Most people in Central New York knew the name Erin Hamlin. Now the world knows her name after she made history at the Sochi Winter Games, becoming the first American to medal in the luge event.  Hamlin won the bronze and we couldn't be happier.  Our listeners just wanted to say congratulations.
