The  Biggest Loser trainer Dolvett Quince, is trading his gym sneakers for military boots in the premiere of 'Stars Earn Stripes' on NBC.  It's a new reality show putting the spotlight on the true heroes of our country; the men and women in uniform.

Dolvett says he's ready to get down and dirty in the show that puts celebrities in real life inspired missions. 'I joined a cast where celebrities are partnered with special ops, Navy Seals, Green Berets, Marines.  They teach us how to be soldiers. It gives us the opportunity to look at heroes which we normally just hear about, but we don't see first hand what it takes to be a first responder, to go through the training and go through the actions these people do to risk their lives everyday.  It really highlights military life in a great way.'

Quince and the 7 other celebrities are competing against each other to raise money for the charity of their choice.  'Which is the best part because we're raising money for military charities.  It really helps out a country that needs it in so many ways.  My charity is' Got Your Six.'  Hollywood assists military men and women with their transformation back into real life.  Its a pay you back system.'

So what will Dolvett be doing?  'Everything from jumping out of helicopters, to crawling under barb wire and shooting live ammunition.  This is the real deal.  There's no fake here.  There's no Hollywood stunts.'

Dolvett was nervously ready for the challenge at hand. 'I was so excited. I was out of my element but I'm a quick study and I took a lot of pride in learning each task giving to me. At the end of the day, we've got to challenge ourselves.  I spend so much time challenging other people to challenge themselves, it's time I heed my own advice.'

Dolvett is up against 7 other celebs including Nich Lachey, a former boy band member, I told him he better not lose too, or I'll be extremely disappointed.  He laughs but tips his hat to Lachey 'shout out to my boy Nick Lachey.  You did good bro, you did great.'

There are also a few women competing in this no holds barred competition too.  'Don't underestimate these girls. they're pretty tough.'

Dolvett left his blood, sweat and tears on the training field.  'Lets not put the tears part out there. I'm not a big crier.'
