Who is FrogFest Guest Alexandria Corn

Who is Alexandria Corn? She's not just part of FrogFest 29, she's a central New York native.

"I live in L.A. right now but I'm from Utica." says Corn who has been involved in the California Country scene for about a year and a half. "It's a little easier to get into than to start off in Nashville."

Corn does plan to move to Nashville soon. "I have a few shows in L.A. and will probably make the move sometime in July or August."

Corn is busy working on a new EP that she says will be ready by FrogFest. "The California country sound is what I'm going for. It's a laid back, relaxed country twist and my first single will be called "Beach Town.'"

Being a CNY native, Corn misses the comforts of home while in California. "I actually called my mom and she's coming to one of my festivals. I asked her to bring me half-moons and chicken riggies."

Corn can have plenty of both when she joins Chris Janson for FrogFest 29, "I'm so excited. I love him. He's amazing."

FrogFest, presented by White's Farm Supply, is June 10th at Utica Rome Speedway.
