What Is That New Tower on Top of the Bank of Utica Building? [PHOTOS]

There are signs of positive growth and advancement popping up all over Downtown Utica. The latest is a beautiful new tower that has been installed on top of the Bank of Utica building. The big question is, what is it for?

This amazing structure looks amazing and definitely stands out. Barry Sinnot is the Assistant Vice President at The Bank of Utica. He says that more details on the usage of this tower will be released later in the week.

It definitely looks like it can be used in several different ways. Many are even saying this would be the perfect spot for our own Utica New Year's Eve ball drop! Now that would be pretty cool! It also looks like the perfect clock tower. One thing is for sure. This tower adds another amazing element to the ever-growing Utica skyline. Let us hope our great city continues this incredible growth.
