Video of Reese Witherspoon in Handcuffs

Video of REESE WITHERSPOON in handcuffs has hit the web.  It shows Reese arriving at the police station after her arrest. The cop takes her out of his car and uncuffs her, then leads her into the station.  If news of her arrest wasn't enough, now she has to deal with video of the incident.
