It's going to cost more to attend Syracuse University. Tuition is going up almost 4%.

It'll cost students entering the 2017-2018 academic year $45,150, up from $43,300.

There is some good news. A 4.8% increase in financial aid will bring the total to $255 million to help students afford their education, according to the Daily Orange.

As an added bonus, Syracuse was voted America's best college town, getting praise for jobs it offers students, so at least that education doesn't go to waste.

With tuitions costs continuing to rise at most schools, it's no wonder students are paying off their tuition debts for years. Education is expensive! Unless you attend Utica College, where they lowered tuition to under $20,000.
