Utica College Resets Tuition To Lower Price
Students attending Utica College next year will be paying much less in tuition.
Utica College President Todd Hutton announced today that the college is re-setting its tuition price from $35,00 a year to just under $20,000 beginning in the fall of 2016.
Hutton says it's all about increasing affordability for students. "We consider this tuition reset to be a bold move for tomorrow," says Hutton, because in improving affordability, we are also expanding access to a high quality Utica College education that launches our students' successful futures."
Room and board at the college will also be reduced by 13%, so the college's total published price will be $30,430.
Hutton says Utica College will continue to provide both need-based and merit-based financial aid to lower the cost for students and their families even further.
