Travel Advisory For North South Arterial

The New York State Department of Transportation has issued a travel advisory for the North-South Arterial.

Motorists traveling on Route 5/8/12 northbound will encounter a left lane closure between Noyes Street and the Oriskany Street Bridge through Friday.

The lane closure will be in place 24/7.

The closure is necessary due to grinding operation of the concrete pavement.

The DOT says motorists can expect major delays during peak travel times.
