Spring Farm CARES located on State Route 12 in Clinton, NY is one of the most reputable animal rescue organizations in Central New York. This weekend they are throwing a huge Open House party to celebrate 25 years of caring for everything from dogs to horses. This is a big milestone, and they want people in the community to help them celebrate.

In 1991 Bonnie Reynolds and Dawn E. Hayman started this amazing organization with the hope that people could bring unwanted animals there to be adopted, or taken care of. No animal would be turned down, regardless of health or condition. According to their website,

Spring Farm CARES is not just a physical place. It is a philosophy and a way of life. Spring Farm CARES is different from any other animal sanctuary or charitable organization on the face of the earth. We approach every aspect of our operations - from the very essence of our animal care programs, our nature sanctuary, our humane educational programs, and our interactions with our community and the rest of the world - in a totally unique manner.

You're invited to help them celebrate all of their success on Saturday, August 13th, 2016. There are plenty of fun activities planned including a guided tour of the 250 acre nature sanctuary, wagon rides, musicians providing live music throughout the grounds, a Chinese auction, raffles, and more. Of course we can't forget to mention the over 200 animals living on the farm. Don't miss this exciting opportunity to help honor 25 years of amazing service to animals and nature.
