Do you like to do yoga to relax, improve your balance and strength but you can't seem to find the time? Or maybe you have never tried it but are interested in seeing what it's all about. Now's your chance right here in downtown Utica.

On Saturday June 17, you can join other yoga enthusiasts in Franklin Square for free yoga.

Classes are from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. and are completely free thanks to sponsorship from Bite Bakery & Cafe.

There's no registration required and all age levels and abilities are more than welcome.

Just bring a mat and join in.

If you've never done yoga before but suffer from joint pain, muscle aches or general tightness, this could be just the thing for you.

Yoga will improve your balance, core strength and flexibility, and leave you feeling invigorated.
