Radio Personality Crashes Car Live On Air

As a guy who has been blessed to be in radio for many years, I thought I had seen or heard it all.  But that was before this radio station in Australia had a live interview go terribly wrong.  The host was conversing with their golf expert, who was driving at the time.  Click to listen as he crashes live on the radio.

The Melbourne radio station was breaking down golf's Ryder Cup matches this past weekend.  Kevin Bartlett host of SEN radio, was getting the thoughts of Mark Allen, a show regular and former professional golfer, when Allen ran into the rear of another car.

It's hard to pick a favorite part of the audio clip.  There's the Australian accents, the very noticeable sound of his car hitting the rear end of another vehicle and the hosts trying to keep it together after the accident.  Then there's the legal department that chimes in with "don't say anything for legal reasons."  Listen to the live interview and check out the Mercedes he was driving at the time of the accident in the video below.
