Prince Harry Talks Nude Photo Scandal [VIDEO]

PRINCE HARRY admits he screwed up when photos of his NAKED BILLIARDS shenanigans hit the web last year. He says, 'At the end of the day I probably let myself down, I let my family down, I let other people down.'

But he also thinks HE was a victim, 'At the end of the day, I was in a private area and there should be a certain amount of privacy. The way I was treated; I don't think is acceptable.
