Looking to get in the Guinness book of World Records? It's probably a lot easier than you think. Puskar Nepal kicked himself in the head 134 times, and now holds a record. What's holding you back?

Apparently it requires technique to kick ones self in the head. Huffington Post reports that Nepal kept his head bowed and torso bent at about 90 degrees, then he was able to successfully kick himself with alternating blows from his right and left foot.

"I want to contribute something for the poor people of rural areas," Nepal wrote on his record application, per Guinness. "I want the people from different countries to know about me. Breaking a world record has always been a dream for me."
