Summer Fun Blooms At Central New York Lavender Festival
A Full Weekend of Lavender, Goats, and Summer in Bloom
If you’re looking for one of those “this is what summer in Central New York is supposed to feel like” weekends, the Lavender Festival at Spring Creek Lavender in Remsen is it.
The festival runs July 18 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and July 19 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, right when the lavender fields are hitting peak bloom.
More Than a Festival—It’s a Full Farm Experience
This isn’t just a walk-through-and-snack kind of event. Admission gets you access to the farm and a full lineup of hands-on experiences.
Visitors can wander the lavender fields, cut their own bundles to take home, explore scenic trails, visit the butterfly house, meet baby goats and other farm animals, and browse the farm store packed with lavender-inspired products.

A Weekend That Starts Before the Weekend
The celebration actually kicks off Friday night, July 17, with “Floral Nights: Food, Flowers, and Firelight” from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Think sunset over the fields, string lights, good food, and firelight.
Saturday: Lavender in Full Celebration Mode
Saturday brings the full lineup—Goat Yoga from 9:00 to 10:30 AM, live music, lavender-inspired food and drinks, U-pick lavender, distillation demos, and family activities all day long.

There will also be plenty of time to just wander, explore, and take it all in.
Sunday: Make Something to Take the Weekend Home With You
Sunday slows things down a bit with a Lavender Wreath Making Workshop from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM —a hands-on chance to create something you can actually bring home from the experience.
There’s more live music, more lavender treats, and more demonstrations.

Simple Pricing, Big Experience
Admission is $7.99 for adults and $5.99 for kids, and includes access to the farm, goat encounters, butterfly house, farm animals, and walking trails.
Get your advance tickets at Spring Creek Lavender.
