Beloved Central New York Bakery Announces Another New Store
Holland Farms is getting ready to grow again.
The popular bakery, known for its famous half-moon cookies, has announced plans for another location in Central New York. Owners confirmed they hope to open a new shop in Camillus, giving fans even more chances to grab their favorite sweet treats and coffee.
The proposed location would be at 5407 W. Genesee Street in Camillus. Plans are scheduled to go before the Camillus Planning Board on June 22.
Another Step in Holland Farms' Expansion
The new Camillus store would become Holland Farms' fourth location and its third in Onondaga County. The locally owned bakery opened in Manlius in 2025, and another location is already in the works in Cicero.

The company hopes to open within the next three months.
More Than Just Half-Moons
While half-moon cookies may be what Holland Farms is best known for, the menu goes far beyond the classic black-and-white favorite. The bakery offers more than 10 varieties of half-moons, along with donuts, cakes, pies, jelly rolls, tomato pie, soups, deli specials, and specialty coffee drinks.
There are also plans for indoor seating, and ice cream could eventually be added to the menu.
More Growth Could Be Ahead
And if you're wondering whether this is the end of Holland Farms' expansion plans, don't count on it.
But for now, fans can look forward to another place to pick up a box of half-moons and a cup of coffee.
