Holding Peoples Hand Unexpectedly [VIDEO]

Is this an obnoxious prank performed by an obnoxious guy, or an important sociological experiment on human behavior? This video of prankster Andrew Hales catching random people off-guard by trying to hold their hands has been described as both.  The first guy is my favorite.  He doesn't even bat an eye.  Others however, aren't so happy when a stranger tries to hold their hand.  How would you react?
