Everyone knows that the traditional Easter meal is ham, but if you want to break tradition what else is there?

Most of the time when we think of Easter Dinner the first thing that comes to mind is ham. But there are other things you can prepare besides the traditional. Myself I like to try something different every year. Some of my favorite dishes include Lemon Chicken it goes great with Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus. If Chicken is not your thing then try Lasagna it is normally always a hit. How about a nice Roast Pork with baked potatoes and vegetables. If you happen to be into Seafood you can not go wrong with Haddock Shrimp or Scallops. Crock Pot Cooking is also great. You can do Ribs Chicken or Chili or even homemade soups like Clam Chowder and Cream Of Broccoli.  If you happen to be looking for recipes on different dishes there are quite a few sites like Kraft and Better Homes And Gardens that can tell you all you need to know.
