Cuba Gooding Jr. Called Bartender a Racist [VIDEO]

Cuba Gooding Junior didn't just shove that New Orleans bartender  -- he called her a racist. TMZ has acquired video in which a clearly intoxicated Gooding gets into it with the bartender after she tells him to leave the establishment. A warrant was issued for his arrest but was later rescinded when he voluntarily talked to the cops. And the barkeeper has decided not to press charges.
