Did you know that New York State Police are still investigating a murder case from 1991?

The case involves a skeleton that was found in Niagara County in 1991 by two teenagers who were picking berries in Lewiston, NY.

The remains found were tied up with cord, and gagged with a washcloth, but nobody knew who the victim was.

After investigation, police assume the man was a 5' 7" - 5' 10" African American between 30 -45 years old. He also had broken ribs, and healed fractures on his face that are believed to be from boxing.

He was found wearing a white v-neck t-shirt and light-colored underwear.

The way the man died also remains a mystery State Troopers are trying to solve.
