Cayuga County Officers Build Mailbox for Senior Citizen

This is the kind of news the world needs more of: Two officers in Cayuga County went above and beyond the line of duty yesterday to help an elderly woman in their community.

Deputy Brian Myers and Trooper Mike Beck spent their Tuesday evening rebuilding the woman's mailbox after it was destroyed in a car accident.

What a great show of community and service by these two! Sometimes it's all about the little things. Thank you, officers!
