According to a new CareerBuilder poll, the amount of people who can't afford a vacation has risen. 24 percent of full-time workers don't have the funds to take a vacation, which is up 3 percent from last year.

Although 24 percent can't afford a vacation, 12 percent can, but they're not planning a getaway this year.

Comfort-levels has seemed to rise in 2011. CareerBuilder's survey finds 36 percent of workers feel more comfortable taking time off for a vacation than they did last year. Also, of those polled, 26 percent are planning a 7 to 10 day trip, while 24 percent are planning to take 3 to 5 days away from the office or a nice weekend excursion.
