Black Tie at the Beach [VIDEO]

How would you react if you saw a ton of people in black tie attire playing on the beach and swimming in the ocean? You probably don't think you'd ever encounter such a scenario--but you never know. Improv Everywhere conducted the Third Annual Black Tie Beach, where their improv group gathers people together, has them dress for a black tie affair, and then go to the beach. The reactions are priceless!
