Best First Day of School Pictures Goes to Rome Cops and CNY Moms

The best first day of school pictures goes to the Rome Police Department and central New York moms.

Rome police got in on the first day of school fun, posting pictures with signs showing how long each officer has been on the force. "It's crazy how time flies."

Christin Barrett was more than ready to see her kids off to school. "I love them with my whole heart but this was the longest summer ever," she said, sharing a picture of her drinking coffee with the kids looking in from outside.

Barrett wasn't the only mom celebrating the school season finally starting. Several enjoyed the peace and quiet with a day out. They even included their own sign, that read - It's the most wonderful time of year #momsday.
