Are you a worry wart?  Many of us seem to handle the big stuff, but the little stuff really gets under our skin, and we spend too much time worrying about it.

"Most people do sweat the small stuff, worrying an average of an hour a day over seven things, says a new survey. Although money and health seem to be our major concerns, we also spend a lot of time fretting about trivial things, such as going gray, wondering if we locked up the house, etc.  According to a researcher:  "It's important not to let worries get in the way of enjoying life."
