Bart Lorang is the CEO of FullContact API, a Denver based internet start-up. He is not your normal corporate type preferring to wear open neck polo shirts, shorts and flip flops---that's right, flip flops---to work. He is also intent on keeping his work force happy which, according to ABC News, is why he is offering them $7500 to take a "paid, paid vacation". Too good to be true? Well, there are several conditions.
