A-Rod’s Miami House For Sale
August 15, 2012 Yankee star Alex Rodriguez is making $29 million this year. His contract calls for$28 million in 2013, $25 million in 2014, $21 million in 2015 and $20 million in each of the final two years. Noting that his earnings will be dropping Alex is downsizing by putting his Miami Beach casa on the market for $38 million. The house, purchased during his fling with Cameron Diaz, set A-Rod back about $24 million in 2010 so he is looking to make a sweet 50% profit on the deal. And what do you get for $38 million?
