Stunning Photo of Storm Cloud Rolling Over Lake Ontario

Mother Nature showed her power as a storm rolled through most of central and upstate New York. Photographer Brad Smith captured that power over Lake Ontario.

The stunning photo of a storm cloud rolling over Lake Ontario was caught by Smith at Southwick Beach in Henderson New York.

"I wasn't quite prepared for how powerful this was when it hit land," says Smith. "I was shooting it coming in but bailed after this shot to grab the other camera and tripod before they got trashed. I ended up having to ride out the storm in a pavilion which was fun."
