First Snowflakes of the Season in Utica

Old Forge was home to the first snow fall of the season, which is no surprise since the higher elevations usually see snow first, but the winter weather has come to Utica. As I was driving in to work, I saw snowflakes! Although it didn't stick to anything at the studio in Marcy, Utica is a different story. More snow is seen staying on cars in the area.

Lets hope it's just a few flakes and will melt quickly. I'm a firm believer of snow on Christmas Eve and gone by December 26th. Not that it'll ever happen in upstate New York, but one can dream :)
