Winter Comes Early to Old Forge

It's Thursday, October 24, not even the mid-way point of fall and winter has already made an appearance in Old Forge. It may not stay but for today the snow has covered the ground in the village as you can see in the following video.

Don't load up the snowmobile yet however. Early snow's are not uncommon in the north country and today's covering will no doubt be gone soon but it is a sign of things to come.
