Shooting at Oregon College Leaves 7-10 Dead, 20 Wounded [UPDATED]

There has reportedly been a shooting at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon, in which at least 10 people were killed, with some outlets reporting a death toll of as high as 15. The suspect is in custody. It's unclear if he or she was injured.
