Projects That Take Longer Than Anticipated

Have you ever had a project that took longer than anticipated? The station kitchen is being remodeled and was suppose to take 10 days to 2 weeks. It's now been months.

First the cabinets were installed. Then it was the marble counter tops. Now, we're waiting on the floor.

The project was scheduled to be complete long ago, but it's still half done. It's not the contractor's fault. All are doing a fantastic job. It's just a timing thing. One can't get in to do their work until the other is done.

While we wait, the conference room has been turned into a make shift kitchen. Most things are packed in boxes and to make coffee, you have to go into the bathroom to get water and rinse the pot.
