Water Main Break on Kellogg Road

When it rains it pours. There may be water flooding Chadwicks but residents don't have any after a water main break.

The water main broke on Kellogg Road in New Hartford, closing the Southbound Washington Mills Exit off Route 8 and cutting off water to everyone on that road.

The weekend storm closed roads throughout central New York and even left massive sinkholes and destruction.
