UPD Unveils New Online Crime Tracking Map

Utica, NY (WIBX) – The Utica Police Department is unveiling a new tool to help the public track crime in the city.

The Crimedar website, used by law enforcement agencies all around the country, is an easy-to-read online map that shows details about crimes committed.

Colorful icons identify the categories of the crimes, making it super simple to spot areas with large numbers of burglaries or drug arrests.
