Unusual Sandwich Condiments
Everyone has a favorite condiment for their sandwiches; mustard, mayo, horseradish, or a combination of them all. I'm not even sure how it got started, but one day I slapped something completely different on one and I've never looked back.
While I'm fuzzy on when it happened, I remember the sandwich very distinctly. Two slices of bologna, and yes it had a last name, two pieces of white Wonder Bread with the crust. Then it was passing on the mayo and mustard, and placing bar-b-que chips right in the sandwich.
There have been a few adjustments over time. After conducting a few taste tests, it was concluded you get a better taste with the chips between the two slices of meat. Once assembled, it's also important to smash the sandwich as flat as possible. Other experiments have sampled different varieties of chips. Nacho Cheese Dorito's - yes, Cool Ranch flavor - no, sour cream and onion chips - hell no.
