Thousands Without Power in Central New York
Thousands of central New Yorkers are without power as heavy, wet snow continues to be too much for tree limbs and power lines.
Over a thousand outages affecting close to 60,000 customers have been reported in central New York since early this morning when the snow began. With more snow expected to fall at 1 to 2 inches per hour today, more outages are possible if not likely.
