The MV Rotary Club Chili Challenge Will Make You Sweat

Grab your favorite chili spoon and head to Ilion for the best homemade chili around.

The Mohawk Valley Rotary Club is once again hosting a Chili Challenge where you can show off your cooking skills against others, while sampling at least 15 different entries.

You'll also be able to sample some of the newest Saranac beers.

The challenge is scheduled for Sunday, February 11 from 12 p.m. until 3 p.m. at Francesca's Banquet Hall, 144 East Main Street in Ilion.

Entry fee is $10 per person for all the samples you can handle. Children under 12 are free.
